Restructuring of a sales unit

(German GmbH, €180 million turnover, 185 employees)

Restructuring of a sales unit in the healthcare sector, comprising four regions. The reasons for the restructuring include market adaptation, changing customer structures, expansion into other product lines, and efficiency improvements to ensure the company's long-term viability. During the restructuring, a new CRM system and a Power BI application were also implemented.

Reduction from 2 warehouse locations to one central warehouse; the focus here was on optimizing logistics processes, and a modern inventory management system was introduced, resulting in annual savings of €1.6 million.
